Reese Witherspoon (* 22. března 1976, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA) je americká herečka.

Svou kariéru začínala ve svých sedmi letech jako dětská modelka a hrála v reklamách. První větší roli dostala ve čtrnácti letech v drama V měsíčním svitu (The Man in the Moon). Nejvíce se proslavila ve filmu Walk the line, kde hrála po boku Joaquina Phoenixe (který hrál Johnnyho Cashe) zpěvačku June Carter.
